Did a 3-2-4 wod that Carrie had. Lots of pullups/pushups/airsquats. 26 something. Very tough wod but felt good afterwards. Great job Carrie, Cassie, Tom and Chris!

Did this after spin, not sure if that made a difference, but for sure got my heart rate back up! Loved it!
