Workout with morning crew today (minus Brent; he was working again!) Great job ladies. DL-185#; thrusters 95# and did 2 rounds without bands (4 and 2 reps Ha!) then used 1 band to finish in 3 rounds.
Nice change of pace. DL 195#, Thrusters 85#, pullups with 2 bands 5,5,6,6,3,2,5 - I know - I can't count :) I'm not sure I did the pullups right. Shoulder a little sore from the Thrusters. Great job everyone especially Theresa and Michelle. Thanks for pushing me.

My deadlift was 275lbs and my thruster was only 125lbs. I then did pullups with 3 bands using #5. My reps were 8-7-8-7.
