Choose a weight to dead lift and divide into 10,000 pounds. That is how many reps you will need to do. Begin with 5 burpees on the minute and complete your prescribed number of reps as fast as possible stopping each minute to do 5 burpees

Went heavy on the deadlifts to limit the amount of lifts. 32 reps of 315# for a time of 3:54.
ReplyDeleteI plan on revisiting this one to go lighter and see if the time can come down by going faster on the lift. The burpees took longer than I planned.
