4 min to complete 55 reps...rest 4 min...repeat 4 times going up in weight each set if possible until you can't complete in 4 minutes!

65,75,80,85....completed in under 4 min...but 85lb snatches were not so hot! Gonna work on those!

ReplyDeleteI did not do this WOD in December, but I have done one that is similar. The results from last night WERE better, but not pretty.
53# - Did a nasty OHS, but finished
63# - Completed through the 5 Hang Cleans
58# - Completed through the 6 SDHP
58# - Completed through the 5 Hang Cleans
