I got through 4 rounds. Some day I will be able to do double unders. I loved the 35# KB swings! Back to focussing on form instead of intensity - basics are a good place to be though. I found me knees are back to knocking when I do thrusters, gotta keep that in check. With 53# I was good, 65# was ugly. Grr...

Is it me or does Crossfit just keep getting harder and harder? I go home after every class now and wonder what the hell am I doing. Oh well, must keep moving forward to release the athlete within!
No, Tony, I feel the same way. Its good to know when you're not the only one. I got 6 rounds in but I think time expired right before or during my run. Way to keep our group moving April and Anastasia. Brent you did great-even with a sore back. I love the shirts too
