25 Squat Cleans 135/95
25 Burpees
25 Thrusters 95/65
25 Burpees
25 Overhead Squat 65/45 (good, slow movement to help with form)
Build your bar backwards so you can strip the weight as you go.
If you are sharing a bar, the buffer is the burpees!
Great mix of peeps today for all 3 classes! Every one of you did fantastic, scaled or not, no one quit and every left feeling accomplishment (at least I hope!)

Another fine workout from the warped minds of our precious leaders. How do you think up these workouts? I did it in 18:45. Used 115lbs for the squat cleans and 85lbs thrusters and 65lbs for overhead squats. Shared a bar with Josh, good job man.
