Miss ya'all oodles! April helped me with 2 travelling wods - This morning's fun: jump rope for 2 minute 21 65# squat clean 30# kb pushups (knees) jump rope 15 jump rope 9 jump rope this all took about 30 minutes by the time I got the space figured out, etc.
17:05 scaled on cleans 80#. Glad weather allowed us to run outside. Wonderful to see Chris back! Missed Jamie and of course Brent who was home chopping wood for the winter as his workout of the day.
