  1. So excited about everyone's fitness improvements. Some of the time differences I heard were awesome. ^5 fellow 180 peeps!
    I knocked 20 seconds off of my time. I know I was supposed to do it exactly like before, but I just cannot stand not to squat with those wall balls so I added a bit more difficulty to the wod last night than in January. I don't regret it. For me it is not about the competition as much as it is about the accomplishment.
    2000 m row - Woot! Can't wait to get that thing beat down.
