Rotate your "tabata"

Then....do it again and try to beat your first one!

180 WOD

Tabata of:

Walking lunges
kb swings
sit ups
push ups

20 secs of work/10 sec of rest...rotating 6 rounds of each movement

  1. 1:57 400 meter run. I wish I would remember to stride out, I wouldn't have to work near as hard to cover the same ground. Oh, to not hate running would be so helpful...
