10 BURPEE BOX JUMPS
1 - 5 LADDER of SQUAT CLEAN THRUSTERS 135/95
200M RUN

20min AMRAP

After reaching 5 SCT's return for 1 rep for round 6, 2 reps for round 7 etc.

  1. Dude, Squat Clean Thrusters are rough after all of those burpees!

    I met my original 3 minute Burpee count - 44
    I completed 4 rounds of the AMRAP.

    Yay for the Chipper on Wednesday!!
