Deadlifts+Cleans+ a Jerk = HARD FUN!!!

Strength work

Deadlifts
10,10,5,5,3,3

(working up in weight fairly quickly but not maxing out)

180 WOD

12 min AMRAP

100m RUN
5 Deadlift (picking a challenging weight to JERK overhead)
3 Power Cleans
1 Push Jerk

Record weight & # rounds + extra reps (RUN counting as 1 rep)

    I lost track of my deadlifts, but I think it went like this: 10 @ 65 lbs, 10 @ 75 lbs, 5 @ 85 lbs, 5 @ 95 lbs, 3 @ 165, 3 @ 185
    I got in 4 rounds plus 6 reps of the 12 min AMRAP
