  1. I thought my deadlifts had good form before, but the last couple of times we did them I have actually gotten sore hamstrings. We can always learn more and more...
    Leg is back to incredibly achey so I took it easy on the WOD
    Singles for jump rope, except for the time when I 'pretended' to do doubles with no rope.
    Short box - I got 10 max, 6 for a minimum and 8 usually
    135# DL, but I did not pump out 5 each time
