300m ROW
20 Ball slams
10 Power Squat Cleans 95/65

rest approx. 4 minutes

repeat 2 more sprints-trying to maintain pace

    I finally put the squat back in my slams, and my legs are glad I chose the 15# ball!
    Power Squat Cleans were 65#

    My longest time was about 3 minutes, my quickest was about 2:30.
