Shoulder Press SUCK!

1 REP Max Strict Shoulder Press

WOD

Tabata:

Push ups
Lunge jumps
Shoulder Press 65/45/33
Bicycle

Each movement, 8 rounds (4 minutes)

    I got a PR, 88#, before the suckfest started.
    I chose knee pushups so I could focus on form and high(er) reps on PU.
    I did jumping air squats rather than those crazy lunges. Really, you guys are brave!
    I did the 45# Shoulder Press, and found a new religion at the same time. Why, Oh God, Why, Dear Lord...
    I did V Ups instead of Bicycle.

    I got 10 PU's many times, but ended with a 7.
    I got 10 Jumping Air Squats for several rounds, but ended with an 8.
    Why I thought I could do 10 shoulder press is beyond me! 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-barely 4 only by virtue of prayer and divine intervention.
    10 V Ups. Finally, a round with double digits!
