Monday 2 time - 2 time AMRAP

180WOD
10 x Pullup or Body Row
10 x Burpee
10 x Pushup
15 min amrap

then

10 x front squat or OHS
10 x box
10 x situp
15 min amrap

Workout is done with a partner alternating movements and only one partner working at a time....

  1. Jeffra was a great partner! Pullup/burpee/pushups completed 12 rounds; squats/box/situps completed 13. I really liked this wod - good job Brad/April. I hope Jamie is feeling better today after her wipeout.

  2. I am fine! Nasty sprain, but I will be back on Wednesday. I will take today to rest and elevate and work through those range of motion movements that ER gave me.

    Thanks to everyone who offered support after that crazy fall. You guys are the best.

    I was going to do 2 workouts on Wednesday, but I will be smart, and just do one... as much as I can do anyway.

    I actually did love the workout, and it was great fun to work with April. I felt like such a big girl until I went BOOM. :)
