20 Stick jumps
30 Ball slams
40 lunges
50/150 dubs/singles
60 air squats

3 rounds for time!

  2. 21:55 scaled to 155 on DL. Yes, Pat did awesome on 185 and you too Jamie. Nice job both of you!!! And April you did amazing; not sure what your time was but I know under 16 min. Great job!
