  4. This workout was tough! I did 30,20,10,10,10,& ran 400m, just for scaling so much. I'm feeling it today:)

  6. My arms are toast - hurt to even dry my hair this morning. Woot!
    Swapped some of the GS for KBS, and passed on the box jumps. Stuck it out with the 45# bar and did crunches instead of situps. Good grief, that WOD was tough!
