10 Shoulder Press 95/65 (avoiding help with legs if possible!)
20 Box jumps
30 Games Push ups
30 Jumping Air Squats
20 Med ball V-ups
10 Thrusters 95/65

2-3 min rest

REPEAT 2 more times...total of THREE!

  1. Yeah, that was a good one. I was not able to beat my times, but I was able to improve my form with each round.
