    Finished in 26:30 with 50#kb. Need to keep on working on pullups.

  2. Loved this workout! I enjoy mixing in a little running. Finished 25:16. 25#kb & ring pulls instead of pullups. Hope to increase my kb weight & do assisted pullups (bands) next time.

  3. The weather was great for a run, and one day I might dread that running stuff a little less. ;)

    I scaled Triple, Double, Single, Helen waaay down:
    400 m jog
    63 KB swings at 35#
    36 Pullups with 3 Bands
    400 m jog
    42 KB swings at 35#
    24 Pullups with 3 Bands

  4. This was a good WOD. Even with developing shin splints-the run was worth it. I know I just have to ease into my running. To complete this entire WOD felt wonderful.
