    Not sure if I rested long enough between or if I just didn't have what it takes for a second set... either way, it was painful. I love max effort sets.

  2. Did this after spin, not sure if that made a difference, but for sure got my heart rate back up! Loved it!

    27 reps, 37 reps rx'd....must not have had faith the first set.

    25reps, 20reps and 15reps Rx'd.
    I threw the 3rd set in after reading Cody's numbers :)

  4. Did a 3-2-4 wod that Carrie had. Lots of pullups/pushups/airsquats. 26 something. Very tough wod but felt good afterwards. Great job Carrie, Cassie, Tom and Chris!
