Friday - fun day




180 Buy In
10, 10, 5, 2, 1 Find your approximate 1RM On deadlift

180 WOD - EMOM
1 deadlift 80% 1RM
1 burpee
1 deadlift
2 burpee
Etc till you can not complete all the required burpees in the given minute

  3. Another "fun" wod we did today. I made it through 13 rounds plus another 7 burpees. Used a deadlift of 225lbs. I was able to do a deadlift of 315lbs. before we got started. Not bad. I feel like I may have a little bit left in me, but have to watch the hamstring. I tweeked it again today.

    Brent - be sure and write that PR on the board for all of us to see. Be proud of your accomplishments.

  4. Wow, what can I say about burpees? Finished 13 rounds and was halfway through 14. PR on DL 225lbs. Used 163 on wod tho. Great job April on rounds completed!
