  1. Pat and I finished 19 and started on 20 on wallball/box and completed 26 rounds on squats/pushups. I loved the super stretch class. Really need that; felt great. Really, Really LOVE the new box!!!

  2. (This is a long post, please read)

Wow, my shoulders are still on fire.....is it the 200 push ups on Wed, or the 55 reps of bench thursday, or the 171 burpees Friday, or maybe the 182 push ups today topped it off, ha! Gotta love it though! Awesome partner you were Anastasia!!!

So happy with the excitement of super stretch this morning, I think 14 peeps wanted to loosen up! Hope you all enjoyed it. If by chance you have extra yoga mats laying around your house or want to bring yours in, throw your name on it and you can store it at the box.

One thing I wanted to mention this morning but since JOY was in such a hurry to get out of there (JK) I didn't....however, for those interested, I'm going to try to "clean-up" my diet a little with first starting with just eliminating processed sugars that I find myself easily consuming too much of. With the help of eachother we will rely on the support and accountability to achieve our goals. A lot of crossfitters go the Paleo route and if you are interested in finding out more about that check out Kill your Coward on 180 website OR just talk to Jamie Lawson for a bit and she'll fill you in, ha! I am planning on posting daily check sheet by the refridgerator on the 180 Message Board. On this, you can fill in your name and for each day you are successful in staying clear of sugars (including bread that contains sugar) you can mark your box with a smiley face. If you have a not so good day then a sad face will be necessary, ha! Give yourself 30 days, stay committed just like you all are with your workouts and I promise you, you will be amazed at what you see. We all work so hard and end up sabotaging our great physical efforts with poor eating habits. Yes, it may take some planning and eating healthy does cost a little more, but if you DESIRE to achieve your goals then it's all worth it! Any suggestions are gladly welcomed, we are a TEAM in everything we do, so let's WIN!!

By the way Batalis, great response to April's post, now that is funny.
