  1. I used 145lbs for the clean and did single jump ropes. My time was 28:54. Good luck to everyone working on their diet. I know it won't be easy but maybe as a group we can make it the 30 days.

    I dont think I would have tried as much weight as I did with out my group stacking it on :) I think we got to 90!
    Good luck with the challenge everyone. The first 2 weeks are the hardest and it gets much easier after that. If you start craving sugars, eat some good fat. Make sure you are eating often enough and enough food so that you are never feeling starved.

  3. Everyone did a great job pushing themselves. Brent you did great especially subbing in those burpees for run - definitely tougher. Cassie you did awesome and you look great. And Joy you look amazing too and great job on staying with the 115lbs. 26:30 minus the 40 sec.
