  1. Only did 7 rounds. Couldn't take the screaming any more. In fact, they were still screaming this morning before the workout.

  2. Did 8 rounds with 10 lunges (each leg :)) My legs are extremely sore today. Great job to everyone in the am. Fun group to work with!

  3. I think we got 10 rounds in but not quite sure; always lose count on reps. Great leg workout!
