  3. Can someone tell me NOT to do 2 squat wods in one day?!?!? I feel like an 80 year old trying to walk.

    Loved it the first time (50)...thought I'd do it for fun in the eve (46)....now I just hate this wod, ha!

  4. Yes, I have NEVER seen April walk like an 80 year old until yesterday!!! Great job though on both! And thanks for doing bench/strict pullup wod Thursday - I think we made it to 12 reps.

    Open Gym on Thursday was great! Practiced "Grace" with Kelly. IDK time but, we both finished!
