  1. Scaled to 65# ground to overhead (skipped the squat), knees to elbows, and 100 meters. My time was about 19:?? and I think it will take me a few more hours to recover. But, my double under work is totally paying off. I think I will ask Santa to bring me my own rope!

  2. I had a time of 16:54 using a 95 lb bar. I know my toes to bar could use a little work though.

  3. This was harder than it sounded. I don't remember my time. I only did squat cleans and did a lower weight - - and it was still hard :) Liked the morning group. Great job everyone.
