    Jumping Pull Ups - YES Brad, if my chin did not clear, I did not count it. Glad I stuck to my guns and stayed with the shorter stack.
    Step ups were no fun, but my leg thinks it wants to play today. The scale was worth it, I think.
    The 35# KB killed me, and that is usually my strong suit. I wonder if I had a lack of hip thrust going on and just couldn't tell with the medication settling in. Still, glad I did not scale down.

    Everyone did great, it was fun to sweat with the 5:30 folks!

  3. My total was 337. I did use the bands on the pull ups. Fight gone bad makes a body good.
