  1. Completed 6 rounds @ 95# cleans/burpees; tabata DL 8/Box 8; 5:53 for squat cleans and pushups w/ feet on box. Great job staying w/ 95# Jamie! So glad to have Carrie there and feeling better and Cassie you did great too! Feeling very sore from Monday still.

    I am also still pretty tore up from Monday.
    And, hey, who stole my deadlifts? I am hoping my DL fail was just because of Monday fatigue. :(
