3x5 Squat Cleans (working your way up fairly heavy)

180 WOD

1 min of each movement

Squat Cleans 95/65
Goblet Squat OR SDHP
Jumping Air Squats
Air Squats

4 rounds, resting 1 min between rounds

    Changed some movements so I could keep my hip happy. Hang Cleans; sit ups, air squats, air squats.

  3. I definitely felt my legs burning last night - great leg workout and not as sore as I thought I would be...Average 12 on the squat cleans and 65 on everything else - max was 70 on the last round....

  5. Ok, kinda a little sorry for the soreness I may have created for the lower half of your bodies, but you all know you LOVE IT!! Be good and stretch... A LOT!!! Muscles love attention!

    15, 16, 17, 16 on the squat cleans around 75 on everything else.
