Max rep effort on BACK SQUAT 155/115

Then.....
Double your back squat reps for Ball Slams

Then....
Half your squat reps for Burpees

Rest 5 minutes

3 rounds.....Not for time!

  1. 115# 20-14-17 Much tougher than I thought - liked it. Really struggled with squats. I need to work on these more. Thanks for your help Joy.

  2. Loved this one! I know I was struggling with my form, but I am glad I stuck with the #115 or I might not have realized I was so jacked up.
