40 KB Swings
30 Games Push ups
20 Burpees
10 Thrusters 115/75
20 Burpees
30 Pull ups
40 Ball Slams
50 Box Jumps

    I did not scale as much as I did the first time we went through this, and I think i may have beaten my old time. whohooo!
    14# WB up from 10#, 35# KBS, knees games pushups, Scaled Burpees, Thrusters scaled to 53#, Jumping Pull Ups, Slams without the Squat, this time I definitely jumped more of the box jumps.
