    Nice rig 180!!

    Up to 95# for Clean, stuck in the hole at 105.
    Up to 165# on Back Squat.
    Then Brad 'made' me do another little diddy -
    Row 250
    10 Burpees
    15 35# KB Swings
    10 Burpess
    Row 250
    Time - ~ 5:35
