    My times were each about 4:30. I scaled this one big time. Each round I increased intensity somehow.
    Row 250
    Box Scaled Burpee
    10# WB
    Round 1 - Crappy Burpees and no squat in the WB
    Round 2 - Better plank in Burpees and went up from 8' to 9' WB throws
    Round 3 - Better depth with plank in Burpees with a jump for each WB and increased from 9' to 10'.
