  1. Wow Brad, this workout was harder than it sounded. I only made it through 8 full rounds and then did the 10 push presses on the next round. Good to work with all the peeps at the 6:30 class.

  2. Totally agree Tony, that was way tougher than I expected!
    Great job everyone this morn and 5:30, so sorry 6:30, had to take off for kid duty, ha!

    Also, forgot to mention, will hopefully remember tomorrow, but plan on ordering some kind of pink tall socks for the Barbells for Boobs so if you are interested see me! Don't forget to register if you are wanting to donate and participate in GRACE, spectators are more than welcome, but the more athletes the merrier!!

  3. Ditto - my upper arms were on fire! Completed 10 rounds; box on tire so not sure if rx'd. Great job Pat and Shannon! April - totally outstanding total! Excellent effort Brent - way to work thru pain on big box.

  5. Brad helped me get my form back on the push press, while I scaled waaay down. Even with that, crazy tough wod!
    started 9th round, used short box for step ups.
    Then Brad helped me adjust my power clean approach. Yeah, totally can't wait for Oct. 29!

  6. Charlene - Finished 11 rounds. Started with either 55 or 65 lbs. but Brad scaled me down to improve on my form - thanks Brad! My arms/shoulders are sore, but my back does not hurt!!! Yeah!
