  1. Good wod - at first didnt think 3 rounds were enough, but they were plenty! 88-85-83

    Jamie - hope you had enough strength for grocery shopping. And dont forget your knee pads.

  2. Becky - Great numbers! Yep, I got some groceries and then went straight to bed.

    I was hovering around 50 with each round. It is so cool to be getting more and more of my strength back!

  3. Feedback: I'm ok with changing times to 5pm and 6pm. Unsure if I can make 8am on Thanksgiving, but 10am on Friday is good.

  4. 5 or 6 is OK with me. i can make either time, it will probably be 6. i am doing the drumstick dash on thanksgiving morning. Friday morning at 10 is good with me.
